Send a Postcard Home!
On Tuesday October 1, celebrate World Postcard Day from 12p-3p at the Robertson Library by writing a postcard to your family and friends back home. We provide the postcards, and we will mail them for free, anywhere in the world. Last semester, we sent 166 postcards!
Place a dot on the world map to indicate the country where you are sending your postcard.

Please note that we will be opening our library this Saturday, Aug 31st from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for the New Student Orientation, and that for all subsequent Saturdays in the Fall semester the library will thereafter regularly operate from 11am to 5pm.

The Library’s instance of EZproxy is being upgraded from version 7.2.8 to 7.3.8 beginning 4 PM on Monday, August 26. We expect the upgrade to be routine, and to take approximately two hours.
EZproxy will not be available during the upgrade. This means that off-campus users will have limited access to the Library's subscription databases and other subscription services. For example, users can use OneSearch but links to full text outside of OneSearch may fail: https://research.ebsco.com/c/xzprbb/search/advanced/filters?locale=en
On-campus users may continue to access subscription services during the upgrade, but they will need to manually remove the "https://proxy.library.upei.ca/login?url=" from links in order to gain access.
Robertson Library will be closed on Friday, August 16th for PEI's Gold Cup Day. More can be read about the Gold Cup Parade here. We hope you enjoy the festivities and have a wonderful day!
