The quality of information found on the Internet varies widely. It is important to choose sites that are scholarly and current. To locate authoritative sites look for those created by professional organizations, academic institutions, research agencies, and government departments. Irish Theological Association
"A web site to help support people in Ireland and around the world as they learn and do theology."

Contains fulltext by recognized religious scholars. It may be keyword searched or browsed by subject category.

Virtual Religion Index
A comprehensive site put up by Rutgers University and arranged by subject areas. The site is scholarly and annotated.

Association of Religion Data Archives
While ARDA was created and focused on American religious interests, it has expanded and now "data included in ARDA are submitted by the foremost religion scholars and research centers in the world."
