Robertson Library is excited to participate once again in the Bell Let's Talk campaign as part of UPEI’s year-round efforts to build a culture of care that nurtures and celebrates the mental health and wellness of everyone in the University community.
Drop by our information table in the Main Foyer of the Library on Wednesday, January 25th, from 11 am – 1 pm, for information and resources on mental health. Fill out a Bell Let’s Talk Speech Bubble, and receive a FREE Bell Let’s Talk toque or reusable bag!

Looking for de-stress and wellness ideas? Check out these Library resources to help relieve stress and distract from daily life:
- Visit our book displays of award-winning Canadian literature, and current, popular reading materials from our POP-UP PUB. According to research from the University of Sussex, reading for as little as 6 minutes can reduce stress by 60%, slow heartbeat, ease muscle tension, and alter your state of mind.
- Watch a movie. The Library's streaming video databases offer access to 100s of titles from the world's most renowned film studios.
- Sign out a Light Therapy Lamp.
- Curl up in a cozy chair in the Library’s Sun Room, a quiet study area.
