Regulation 20 outlines actions which constitute academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, cheating, falsification, and resource tampering, as well as the process if there is an allegation of academic dishonesty. Read Regulation 20 on the UPEI website here.
For graduate students, the equivalent graduate academic regulation is Regulation 6 - Academic Dishonesty.
Regulation 12 - Appeals
In the case of an academic integrity violation, a student may make an appeal to the Registrar. Regulation 12 outlines the procedure for a student appeal. Read Regulation 12 on the UPEI website here.
