For the 4th day of the 12 Days of PEI Postcards we have another tall-tale postcard, but with a fairy-tale twist. This postcard sent in 1911 features a pumpkin carriage pulled by a team of horses. As we know from the fairy-tale Cinderella, the fairy godmother turns the pumpkin into a carriage. We're unsure of the connection between this postcard and the fairy-tale, other than to promote large pumpkins in PEI, but we can assume that the pumpkin was drawn past midnight...
